Meridian Cabernet Sauvignon is decisive and knows exactly where it stands. There’s no mincing around - from the first taste, its notes of black cherry, currant, vanilla and spice are clean and straight forward. This wine will stand up well to a robust steak dinner for two, can handily go toe-to-toe with a leg of lamb at an Easter or Passover feast, and makes an excellent match to a tri tip roast prepared for a special occasion (for example, "it’s the weekend - let’s celebrate!").
