Bodegas Casa de la Ermita
Color: it presents an attractive strawberry rose, clear and brilliant. Nose: fresh aromas of red fruits. Raspberry among them, redcurrant, red plum, with a reminiscence of strawberry sweets with an appetising depth. Taste: It presents a good body, unctuous, almost glycerinic, appetising, broad, with pleasing floral sensations and an elegant bitterness at the finish which renders it structure and elegance. A rosé kind, young and fresh. Gastronomy: Goes well with pasta dishes, salads, white fish, seafood, rice and white meats.
