Fruit was sourced from three family-owned vineyards. The Woodbrook site delivers well-defined fruit flavours in the finer, tighter, citrus spectrum, Stony Creek gives fine mineral structure and lemon-lime fruit, whilst Craigmoor’s old vines contribute intensity of flavour with slightly riper melon fruit notes.
