Our 2004 Shiraz has a deep, vibrant, red/purple color, generous dark berry and black plum aromas and ripe, savory, black fruit flavors supported by supple tannins and subtle oak tones. Enjoy it with rack of lamb, grilled steak, spare ribs, barbecued burgers and flavorful, hard cheeses like cheddar and parmesan.
