We value you as a customer and state here that a) because your privacy is important to us your name, email address, phone number plus other information will only be used by us for our sales, shipping, and email notices...it will never be sold or given to anyone else, and b) our site uses the most advanced security technology available to assure you that when you enter your credit card information here, it is encrypted to prevent it from being intercepted and used by someone else. Notice at the bottom and/or top of your browser window that the little lock is locked when you enter your credit card and other private information.
UltimateWineShop.com is committed to customer satisfaction. If we send you the wrong wine, we'll arrange to have the wine returned to us or we might make you an offer. If this happens, please email us at Customer Service.
Please note, any problems with packages must be called to our attention within 30 days of your delivery date. Please save your original receipt. If you suspect your bottle is bad, please just put the cork in the bottle leaving the contents in the bottle. We can't take back empty bottles! And we cannot replace bad bottles of wine unless we get the bad bottle back, so please do not throw bad bottles away! UltimateWineShop.com will have the bad product picked up and returned. We will inspect the product upon arrival and then send a replacement package to you.
If for some other reason you want to return wine to us, you will have to pay the shipping and we will also charge a 10% restocking fee to take it back in. In addition, if you decide you do not want an order that we are holding for you for future shipping that we have already charged you for, we will also impose the 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee is necessary because we are charged a percentage of the transaction by the credit card companies for every sale or refund plus our own labor costs to put your order together.
The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from Birchfield Ventures, L.L.C. to the purchaser in the State of New Jersey and the purchaser takes all responsibility for shipping it from New Jersey to his/her state. By arranging for transportation of the wine, Ultimatewineshop.com is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service from ultimatewineshop.com, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age.
All sales delivered within the state of New Jersey are subject to applicable New Jersey sales tax. For deliveries outside the State of New Jersey, the customer is solely responsible for all taxes or fees levied by any taxing authority in the State of Delivery.
