Please note, any problems with packages must be called to our attention within 30 days of your delivery date. Please save your original receipt. If you suspect your bottle is bad, please just put the cork in the bottle leaving the contents in the bottle. We can't take back empty bottles! And we cannot replace bad bottles of wine unless we get the bad bottle back, so please do not throw bad bottles away! UltimateWineShop.com will have the bad product picked up and returned. We will inspect the product upon arrival and then send a replacement package to you.
If for some other reason you want to return wine to us, you will have to pay the shipping and we will also charge a 10% restocking fee to take it back in. In addition, if you decide you do not want an order that we are holding for you for future shipping that we have already charged you for, we will also impose the 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee is necessary because we are charged a percentage of the transaction by the credit card companies for every sale or refund plus our own labor costs to put your order together.
