Originally planted by Spanish missionaries in the 18th century, the vineyards of Santa Barbara continue to yield grapes of indescribably allure. This Chardonnay was picked block by block from gently sloping vineyards tempered by coastal fog. It tastes about as dreamy as a view of the Pacific.
Striking aromas of freshly picked orchard fruit backed by traces of soft wood smoke and buttered toast. It has a fresh, invigorating texture with a creamy, mellow finish that would make the French jealous! Try it with grilled scallops, corn on the cob, or a creamy brie cheese.
