Our Estate Chardonnay shows what this famous grape can do on the North Fork of Long Island. The wine is a blend of six plantings of Chardonnay fermented with indigenous yeast with 50% in neutral French oak and 50% in stainless steel. The barrels were topped with local beach stones throughout the fall and winter. The result is a Chardonnay in the new North Fork style - crisp, refreshing and delicious with shows lively hints of lemon zest, limes and wild tart apples. There's even a touch of sea spray in the finish highlighting our unique terroir. The perfect white wine to serve with local seafood, poultry or vegetables.
