The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon emerges from the glass with cloves, cinnamon, crushed rocks, sage and flowers. This is an unusually soft, supple wine for the year, but that only means it will be ready to drink with minimum cellaring. The blend is 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc and 4% Petit Verdot. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2021.
