La Jalousie is fruity and seductive Savennières from its youth; a Chenin Blanc grown on a schist terroir.
I admit that someone’s jealousy was the origin of this cuvee, which was simply a natural and original wine which flowed from its source… Harvested as the moon rose, these grapes were young, juicy and golden, ready to give this wine its charm and energy.

Serve la Jalousie as an aperitif with slices of eel or as an accompaniment to white fish and meat or crustaceans, with vegetables from the market. In May and June, asparagus are an absolute delight with this wine, in winter, try artichokes or cabbage, perhaps with a little Vivaldi for a truly moving experience…
