Portuguese tradition is perfectly embodied in this Rosé. Just like Fado music, this wine is both traditional and representative of the pleasures of Portuguese eating and drinking. It is a wine of a light pink color with a floral violet aroma.
Production: Total destemming, followed by brief contact with the skins and cold pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature (14ºC) for 15 days.
Palate: Fresh, fruity and floral with a very pleasant finish.
