Light red color, characteristic of Pinot Noir. The nose offers red and black fruit aromas (strawberry, cherry, blackcurrant and blueberry). On the palate, beautiful fruity notes and an intense structure reveal themselves.
Pair with delicate dishes that are to some degree aromatic - vegetable salads, meat or poultry tarts, or simmered beef and vegetables (pot-au-feu). The natural elegance of this wine predisposes it towards veal, cold tabbouleh, or hard cheeses.
